유통되고 있는 비빔면이 아니죠.^^

물라면이 움직인다

전통 고추장으로 비벼...

요즘 본인(2식셀프3식)은 은퇴후 여러해 동안 알바일을 하면서 금년도 연초에도 알바 준비하는 중이라서

시간적인 여유가 있어 직접 할 수 있는 간단한 먹거리에 눈을 돌리고 있다.^^

소비자들이 일반적으로 마이 찾는 라면(물라면)에 스프도 그대로 첨가하여 완전히 끓인 후에 그 아까운 라면 국물은 모두 버리고,

우리나라 일반 가정에서 아주 옛날 옛날 조상때부터 전통적으로 이어온 특별한 솜씨로 만들어 낸 토종 고추장을  넣고 비벼서 "토종고추장 비빔라면"을 디자인 해보기로 했다.

참고로 라면은 크게 2종류로 분류할 수 있다. 하나는 일반라면(물라면)이고 또 하나는 비빔라면이다. 냉면에도 물냉면과 비빔냉면이 있고, 국수에도 물국수와 비빔국수가 있다.^^
(나이가 더 추가되니 잔소리만  늘어 나는 것같아)

토종 고추장으로 비빈 그 옛날 맛 ! 바로 그 맛을 느껴보시라.^^

最近 本人（2食セルフ3食）は引退後数年間バイトをしながら今年も年初にもバイト準備中なので

時間的な余裕があり、直接できる簡単な食べ物に目を向けている。^^
消費者が一般的に求めるラーメン(ムルラーメン)にスープもそのまま加えて完全に沸かした後、そのもったいないラーメンの汁はすべて捨てて、

韓国の一般家庭で昔から伝統的に受け継がれてきた特別な腕前で作った地元のコチュジャンを入れて混ぜて「在来コチュジャンビビンラーメン」をデザインしてみることにした。

ちなみにラーメンは大きく2種類に分類できる。 一つは普通のラーメンで、もう一つはビビンラーメンだ。 冷麺にも水冷麺とビビン冷麺があり、麺にも水冷麺とビビン麺がある。^^
（年がもっと追加されるから小言ばかり増えるようだ）

地元のコチュジャンで混ぜた昔の味！まさにその味をご堪能ください。^^

We decided to design "Native Red Pepper Paste Bibim Ramen" by mixing native red pepper paste made with a special skill that has been traditionally handed down since ancient ancestors in ordinary families in Korea.

For your information, ramen can be classified into two main types. One is regular ramen and the other is bibim ramen. There are cold noodles with cold noodles and cold noodles with cold noodles and cold noodles with cold noodles.^^
(I think I'm getting nagged because I'm getting older)

The old taste that was made with native red pepper paste! Taste it! ^^
