고향땅 마당 옆 언덕에서 서식하는 머위를 어머니께서 직접 채취하여 태양빛에 완전히 건조한 머위잎을 공수해서 소형 솥에 삶은 다음 찬물로 여러차례 세척하고, 도마 위에 놓고 송송송 썰고,

고추장 레시피(고추장,들기름, 간마늘,마늘쫑,간장,매실엑기스)를 넣고 머위 비빔밥(제187호)만큼은 세계에서 가장 맛있게 비벼보겠다는 마인드로  정성을 다하여 비비고,

드시다 보면 쓴 맛이 입맛을 땡기게 할 수도 있어요...
